Amuseables Horatio Pistachio is a dapper little seed with a refined heritage and a soft spot for sweets. Hailing from a sun-dappled orchard in southern Italy, Horatio loves to remind you (with the utmost politeness) that pistachios are, in fact, seeds—not nuts.
Though once a bit bashful, everything changed after he took a craft chocolate course—and cracked out of his shell, so to speak. Now you’ll find him in the kitchen, covered in cocoa and joyfully experimenting, from hand-rolled truffles to dreamy Dubai-style slabs.
He’s brought along a fresh batch for you to taste—just don’t mind the smudges, he’s still perfecting his tempering skills!
